Debby Massingale

Debby Ann (Strom) Massingale, age 61, of Bellingham, passed away May 16, 2014.

Debby was born December 27, 1952 in Tacoma Washington to Kenneth and Geraldine (Reynolds) Strom. Debby attended schools in Mt Lake Terrace WA.

She was in a longtime relationship with Michael Lewis. Her hobbies included collecting spoons from various places she and others had visited, She also collected bunny rabbits. She loved her family and loved being around them.

She is survived by longtime partner Mike Lewis of Bellingham; mother Geraldine S. La Plante of Stanwood; brothers Douglas A. Strom of Everett and Dennis W. Strom of Ferndale; daughters Lisa Wood of Stanwood and Tracy Smith of Bellingham; son Brandon Lewis; cousins Danny Morgan of Lynnwood, Joyce, Sherrie, and Shelia, all of Tacoma; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and seven nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by grandparents Anna and Alfred Strom of Tacoma; father Kenneth Ingvald Strom of Bellingham; Grandmother Mabel Fox of Bellingham; grandchild Michael Julian Hartness of Seattle; son Craig La Plante of Bellingham; and brother Dale Strom of Ferndale.

A memorial will be held for Debby in Stanwood WA on May 31, 1PM , 28313 83rd DR N.W.
