Peggy and Family. I was saddened to hear of the passing of Dennis. It was always a pleasure to meet up with Dennis during the years that we worked together in the Blaine sector and after he retired. One of the highlights of going to Costco while while Dennis worked there was to run into him and visit. He always had a smile on his face and it was great to visit with him. It is great that he has a son in the Border Patrol that works in the same area that he worked in.

I wish you and your family the very best as you go through this difficult change in your lives. Dennis will truly be missed by everyone that was privileged to know him.

God Bless you all!!

Dennis and I ,along with many others entered on duty in Los Angeles CA. all of us came from the Border Patrol. There wasn't enough money to send us to training so the Service brought the training to us, which was held at the Los Angeles Federal Court House. The one thing that we had in common was that we were well trained and willing to work. We made an impression.
We had a good time also, I remember that before we went to conduct a Survey (Raid) on a car wash that the local Police Department wanted to be notified as they had certain days that they got their police cars washed. We were very close to each other as far as officer safety was concerned. Many of us went back to the Border Patrol at the same time or close to it. I became the PAIC in Riverside, CA. We all took our jobs serious and performed at a high level of integrity and loyalty. I will always remember those days and the men that I served with because they were special to me. To be considered one of them was special. I have lost my sister and brother in the last year and I know your pain and loss that you feel, I pray that God will bring you and your family a peace and comfort to help you and your family through this time. To your son who is serving in the Border Patrol, I say thank you, you have my respect.
