A Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held in April.

Liberato Robert Trotta, known to his friends as Bob, was born in 1929 in the Bronx, and gradually worked his way west to end up in Bellingham in 2007. Bob taught physics and researched particle physics.Growing up, he enjoyed the Bronx Zoo and the museums and theatres of New York, and his interest in the arts, music and nature remained throughout his life. At around 16 he started a lifetime passion of folkdancing of many genres, and regularly attended the Fourth Corner Folk Dancers in Fairhaven library. Bob was also a member of the Northwest Mushroomers Association. Bob is survived by his wife, his brother, three daughters, four grandchildren and a great grandson.
