Memorials will be held in Bellingham and Houston once the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.

 

Patty Jo (Pat) Lynam, age 70, passed away at her home in Bellingham on April 5, 2020, after a long battle with brain cancer. Pat was a retired human resources manager who traveled the world as part of her work in the oil, engineering and constructions industries.

She is survived by her husband, Martin, of Bellingham. Her daughter Tiffany Erck, of Waller, TX, Tiffany’s son William, his wife Ashley and children Riley, Delilah and Luna of Houston, TX. Her son Conrad Erck, his wife Jenny and children Logan, Evan and Haydan of Richmond, TX.

She is also survived by her brother John Durand, or Harve de Grace, MD, her sister Roberta Jones, of Fridley, MN, and numerous nieces and nephews.

After her retirement Pat volunteered with numerous local organizations. She was especially proud of her work with Whatcom CERT and the Whatcom Volunteer Mobilization Center.

She will be missed by many.
