Memories
From Deborah Dale B…
Kelly was all the things described and she was an incredible friend and mentor to me. I will miss her always. One of my many happy memories is anytime she called she announced with a sparkle in her voice "it's Kelly Felice- always a moment of felicity.
My heart goes out to Dave and her sister. I wish you the warmth of Kelly's love and devotion to you.
