Robert C Schultz

Service Information

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, August 31,  2024 at his home in Bow, WA. More details to come.

Robert Charles Schultz, better known as Bob, was taken from us far too soon, at the age of 67. He was preceded in death by his parents Herbert and Marcella Schultz and his in-laws Robert and Barbara Clary. He is survived by his wife of 39 years,  Kelly Ann Schultz, who was the true love and joy of his life, and his four children whom he loved and adored more than anything on this earth: Tyler John and his wife Mei-Ling Schultz, Jerad Irvin and his wife Emily Schultz, Charli Ann and her husband Chase Siegel, and Lukas Robert Schultz. Along with being the best dad in the world, he was blessed with five grandchildren: Grey Talon Schultz, Easton Robert Siegel, Riser Thomas Siegel, Kai Tan Schultz and Scout Ann-Elizabeth Siegel. Being their Grumpa was one of the greatest joys of his life.

He also shared a lifelong bond that will never be broken with his siblings: David and Annette Schultz, Greg and Vicky Schultz and Susan and Richard White; as well as his in-laws Christie and Don Tomlin. Bob also had numerous nieces and nephews that he loved and treated as if they were his own. He was especially honored to be the godfather of his nephew Henry Schultz and his niece DeAnne York.

To say Bob was bigger than life would be just the beginning. His legacy is one that will live on forever and will never be matched. He had many roles in life: he was a commercial fisherman, a carpenter, a coach, a husband, a father, a friend, and our Grumpa. He was a proud family man who worked hard, never complained and played even harder. He lived life to the fullest and never held back. He had a passion (you might say obsession) with hunting and fishing. He loved nothing more than being in the woods with his sons and good friends, or on the sea with the sun on his skin and crabs in his pots.

Donations may be made to his wife Kelly Schultz, 15269 Estes Rd., Bow WA, 98232. These donations will be used for a memorial creation in nature for his family, friends and grandchildren to enjoy and cherish for the rest of their lives.

Memories

From Sheila F Nawman

Beautifully written obituary. So sad for all of you. Knew he was a big part of so many lives. I did not know Bob very well, but my very dear friend Barbara Ann would keep me up to date on what was happening in Bob and Kelly's life. My prayers to all of you. You all have so many wonderful memories and he will live on in your lives forever. Sending many hugs and love to all of you.

From Patti McAtee

The news of Bob leaving this earth was so heartbreaking to all whose lives he touched. Kelly and Bob not only attended the same church as me , but were neighbors and friends. Bob was always willing to lend a hand when needed. He had a huge heart and will be greatly missed. May God bring you all peace.

Kelly, I'm hear for you if there is anything you might need. RIP dear Bob, you will be missed by many. Love Nancie
