Service Information

A celebration of her life will be held at 4:00 p.m on December 10, 2012 at Christ Evangelical Church located at 4600 Guide Meridian.

Ethel went home to be with the Lord Jesus on December 4th, 2012. She was born July 31, 1926 at Columbus, Nebraska to Emil and Anna Loseke. Ethel married Kenneth Madison on February 16, 1958 at Columbus, Nebraska. To this union two children were born, Julie and James.

Ethel had one sister, Evelyn, and four brothers, Harvey, Gilbert, Mervin and Jerald. She is survived by her husband Kenneth of 54 years, daughter Julie Dooyema (Elmer) of Lynden, WA, son James (Patti) and grandson Michael of Bellingham, WA, brother Jerald of Gainesville, Texas and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.

Ken and Ethel raised their family in Texas and spent many happy years there. That is where they came to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior and also to be guided by the Holy Spirit in this life.

Ethel loved the Lord and over the years was a spiritual inspiration to many. She will be greatly missed.

A celebration of her life will be held at 4:00 p.m on December 10, 2012 at Christ Evangelical Church located at 4600 Guide Meridian. A reception will follow.

I am so sorry you lost your sweet Ethel. I know your heart misses her so much even though you take comfort in knowing she is fully with the Lord now. Please accept my deepest sympathy. May God hold you closely and Bless you always. Love to you and your wonderful family.
