Blessing to all of Frank's family. I remember when I first met Frank when he was president of Mount Baker Rotary. Such a soft spoken, intelligent and very caring man. We will miss him.

Thank you Frank for everything you gave to this family. Your love, your friendship to all, and mostly for always being by Joy's side. None of us could have wished for a better brother in law. You will be missed. Say hi to Joy for us.

A good man. I only had the privilege of knowing Frank for a few years but even in his illness he was a committed Rotarian and community servant. Sincere condolences to the family.

From Dale Vander Giessen
I met Frank through Rotary. Frank and I both were 35 year plus club members. We served on the board together and he had a interst in international projects and loved having the committee meetings at his home in the evening with refreshment that more resembled a meal.
Makes you wonder how he could teach a class when you had to strain your ears to hear what he was saying. Frank was also one of the founders of the Wild Bird charity that fed so many school children on the weekends that needed food. He did this with a group of his former students at Trinity Western Universaty..
