John Welsh

John passed away at Lynden Adult Home on October 26, 2012.

He was born on April 11th 1924 in Stamford, Connecticut in a family of dad, mother, one brother Al, and sisters Ruth and Linda. John went into the Air force and served four years then was recalled for the Korean war for two years. He then went to California, married and had two sons, Dennis and Clifford. he then started working for Northrop Aircraft Company in Hawthorne, CA as a calibration engineer for 33 1/2 years. After a divorce, he married Betty in 1964 who had two sons Paul and Jim. After retiring, he and Betty moved north to Lynden for the last 25 years.

He is survived by his wife Betty,his two sons, Dennis & Clifford and two stepsons, Paul and Jim, brother Al, sister Ruth and several nieces and nephews. He also has five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren!
