Kevin Patrick Wymond

Kevin Wymond passed away in Bellingham, Washington on August 29th, 2022. He was born March 4, 1962 in North Hollywood, CA to John H. Wymond, Jr. and Florence J. Wymond. He was the 4th of 5 children. He attended Sylmar High School. He very much wanted to serve his country, like his father and older brother. After enlisting in the U.S. Navy, he received a medical discharge due to his chronic asthma. Kevin was personable, loved to go fishing, was a great cook and enjoyed cooking for others. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion when he resided in Birch Bay.

Kevin is survived by a brother and three sisters, and his significant other, Terri Walton.

No services are planned. The family suggests donations may be made in Kevin's memory to your favorite charity that serves the homeless or Lighthouse Mission in Bellingham, WA.

From Heidi Theisen

I had the pleasure of being Kevin and Terri's casemanager where they lived in their tiny home. Kevin was always so friendly and grateful for others. I always enjoyed when he would BBQ and the delicious smells would waft up to my office. He was a genuine and kind man and will be missed.

From Keegan Curry

I got to know Kevin over the last year of his life. He was an incredibly bright shining light in the community where he lived, always available to help, to offer a smile and a laugh. He lives on brightly in our memories of him.
