Randy Charles Maygard
Randy left us on March 2, 2022, Randy was born to Charles and Nancy Maygard in Seattle, Washington. Randy grew up part of his life in Seattle, Washington where he attended Jane Adams Junior High, then Nathan Hale High School. The family moved to Wrangell, Alaska where he completed his schooling. Randy spent his life working in the Mill, and Commercial Fishing industry. He started out his commercial fishing with his Grandfather on the FV K.E.D., and ended up owning his own boat the DESTINY. Randy was a successful fisherman, fishing the waters around Yakutat and Fairweather Grounds. He moved to Northwest Washington where he retired. He loved to build things, he held a Private pilot’s license and loved to fly. His love of motorcycles began at a young age and his last ride was his Suzuki Hyabusa. Randy had a big heart and was always ready to help anyone in need. He had a big laugh and great sense of humor, always had a story or joke. He was a good man, friend and brother. He will be missed greatly. He is survived by his sons Shane Maygard, and Chad Ritchie; Brother, David Maygard; nephew John Maygard; and Niece Nicole Einan. He is preceded in death by his Father Charles Bertram Maygard; Mother Nancy Keso; Son Timothy Wiles; and Brother John Maygard.

OMG! SURREAL, THIS IS A SAD DAY THE NEWS THAT STUCK A GOOD PERSON IS NO LONGER WITH US. I LOVED RANDY FOR SO MANY REASONS AND I'M GLAD I WAS ABLE TO SHARE PART OF MY LIFE WITH HIM. THOSE WHO HAD THE CHANCE TO MEET HIM WELL NEVER FORGET HIM . THAT IS FOR SURE. THIS IS A GREAT LOSS. BUT RANDY WILL DEFINETLY LIVE ON IN THE HEARTS OF THOSE WHO KNEW AND LOVED HIM. TO THE FAMILY.... SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS.
