Rebecca L. Merhaut

Her spirit is the first thing people notice. She is the daughter of Dave and Karla McCowen...born in Macomb, Western Illinois and raised in Herrin, Southern Illinois. At 26, Becky moved to the South Fork Valley where her gardens, the river...hummingbirds and dragonflies gave her peace.

She is a wonderful wife of 20 years to Rob. She is a mother to Travis, her life's dream achieved. She is a sister to Mike, Ben, Brian and their families. She is an aunt, cousin, niece, sister-in-law, daughter-in-law and grand-daughter. She is a best friend to some and a friend to many more. She is a connoisseur of all good things this world has to offer, and she is proof positive that there is good in this world. Becky loved Jesus and will be watching over her loved ones and fur-babies from Heaven.
