Rosemarie J. Witt

Rosemarie J. Witt, age 76, was born in Chicago, IL, and was a Whatcom County resident for 35 years.

She passed away on Saturday, November 14th, 2020, after a long illness and will be missed greatly by friends and family. She is survived by her soulmate, Bill Capp.
