Ryan Drake

Ryan Joseph Drake of Acme/Bellingham Washington, died July 25, 2022 of cancer. He was 53.

A memorial service will be held later at his favorite fishing hole where we will spread his ashes.

Ryan was born August 30, 1968, in Eugene Oregon. Ryan was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Drake and his mother Sharon Strong. He is survived by his brother Reed Drake, his sister Emily Edison, his stepmother Dorindia Baze and stepbrother Ronald Baze.

Ryan loved to spread his wings in his beloved home in Acme where he harvested mushrooms. He was an avid outdoorsmen and loved to hunt and fish. Ryan enjoyed his friends and spending time with his uncle Dan and Aunt Sharon. Ryan and his family would like to thank Whatcom Hospice House for all the love and care they provided. In lieu of flowers, have a beer and toast Ryan’s memory - that’s what Ryan would have wanted.
